Full/Associate/Affiliate membership requirements

- Keywords that describe your research area

- Other Support (not necessary for trainees, fellows or post-docs). Refer to the 2020 NIH template. Find a blank form (here), sample (here), and instructions (here)
- Statement of interest - short note about ways you would like to be involved in our Center and/or suggestions for activities
- Please indicate whether you are an Early Stage Investigator or Junior Investigator, and which membership category you are interested in joining (Full/Associate/Affiliate)
Student membership requirements

- Statement of interest - a short note about how you would like to be involved in our Center and/or how membership will be of benefit to you

Membership Obligations
- Acknowledge the CCMBM funding and/core support in all publications
- Participate in CCMBM activities by using the core facilities, attend technical workshops, seminar series, symposia, retreat, etc.
- Complete annual membership survey
Membership Types
The CCMBM membership will include UCSF investigators who engage in research relevant to musculoskeletal biology or disease and will mirror the multi-campus community at UCSF.
Full Membership - Full-time UCSF faculty (Ladder rank, in residence, Clin X, HS Clin, or Adjunct) or UCSF Professional Researchers participating in research, education and/or clinical care related to musculoskeletal research are eligible for this membership category.
Associate Membership - Research staff, specialists, instructors, trainees, fellows, and post-doctoral fellows interested in musculoskeletal related research and educational programs of the CCMBM are eligible for this membership.
Affiliate Membership - Faculty members outside of UCSF, but located in the surrounding area, or part-time faculty members who have an affiliated appointment with UCSF are eligible for this membership.
Student Membership – Undergrad and graduate students interested in musculoskeletal related research and educational programs of the CCMBM are eligible for this membership.
